Refund Policy

Because our fragrances are personal-use cosmetic products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and product safety.

Please read the following carefully:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ioannesfragrance.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
    We will gladly replace the item or provide store credit.

Lost Packages

Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, we will do our best to support you. Please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
